Coia Domingo is an
associate professor in Applied Economics who develops her work at the
Statistics area of the Department of Economics. She obtained her PhD at URV and
her BSc in Economics at Universitat de Barcelona. She teaches quantitative methods
(i.e., Statistics, Multivariate Analysis and Econometrics).
Between 2005 and
2007 she worked as a member of the dean’s board at the Faculty of Economics and
Business, as coordinator of mobility programs. Currently, she is a member of
the direction board of the Faculty of Tourism and Leisure (Escola UniversitĂ ria
de Turisme i Oci), where she is the teaching responsible of the Tourism degree.
Her research
interests are focused on abilities development, methods for teaching-innovation
at the University, corporate social responsibility, touristic development, and
gender differences.
