Oscar Martinez is an associate professor at the Department of Economics of Universitat Rovira i Virgili. He holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the Universidad del País Vasco and a PhD in Economics from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. He has visited the School of Business and Economics of Exeter University.

His research interests include time series, nonlinear econometrics models, applied macroeconomics and finance.
