Grup de Recerca en Anàlisi Econòmica i Salut (GRAES)

The Research Group in Statistics and Economic Analysis in Health is an inter-university and multidisciplinary group formed by members of Universitat de Lleida and Universitat Rovira i Virgili. It is a consolidated Generalitat de Catalunya (2017-sgr-291) research group with Montserrat Rué and Misericòrdia Carles as principal investigators. Our main study area is health economics. Our research focuses on three broad topics: first, economic evaluation of health technologies, and the mathematical modelling of health care interventions. Second, the relationship between health care systems characteristics and efficiency and equity in provision of health care. Third, implementation of shared decision making in preventive interventions.
